Raspberry Sorbet
Ingredients
1/4
cup (60mL)
Sugar
2
cups (500mL)
fresh Raspberries
1/2
cup (125mL)
orange juice
Instructions
Purée raspberries, sugar and orange juice in a food processor. Transfer mixture to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Place in freezer for 3 hours or until almost firm. Blend again in food processor and leave in freezer for another 3 hours.
Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
Serve in scoops accompanied by fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.

Variation: Replace raspberries with strawberries or blueberries
