Brussel Sprouts au Gratin with Parmesan Cheese
  • 1kg Brussels sprouts
  • 150g bacon
  • 200mL liquid cream
  • 100g Parmesan cheese
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, along with raw bacon.
  3. Add the liquid cream, pepper and cover with parmesan cheese.
  4. Put in the oven and broil for 30 min.
