Fall Pumpkin Tours

We are proud to offer you a guided tour of our pumpkin patch. Children and students will enjoy taking a wagon ride tour through the pumpkin fields. Throughout the tour, they will have the opportunity to see rows of Highbush blueberries and raspberries. They will also learn how the squash and pumpkins are grown and cared for at our farm. We will be more than happy to answer any questions.

Every child will return home with a small pumpkin (already picked). The wagon ride will make a stop in the field where they will help to choose a big pumpkin they can take to their school or nursery for carving.

Following the wagon ride, a visit is organized at the packing warehouse where the children will be able to see the storage of large quantities of squash and pumpkins. They will also be able to see the packaging line where the blueberries are prepared before being shipped to supermarkets.

During the tour, every child will receive a pumpkin-carving pattern with instructions and
a colouring sheet to take home.

All visits will take approximately one hour. The farm has on site picnic tables, washroom facilities, and a farm educational playground. We take pride in keeping our farm clean; we have garbage cans on the premises and we encourage that waste be properly disposed of.

Our farm also has a small farm stand located in our gazebo, where water, juice, blueberries, squash, pumpkins and a variety of jams can be purchased.
